Day 1: Arrival at Kigali International Airport

You will be picked by Toplife Safaris representative, a brief visit of the city, touring the Kigali Genocide Memorial and later   check into Hotel Des Mille Collines for dinner and over night.

Day 2: Transfer to Akagera National Park

Wake up early in the morning for a trip to Akagera National Park for a morning game drive. The journey will take around two hours. You will see a lot of wildlife such as lions, Elephants, Bushbucks, Zebras, Giraffes, and Hippos, kobs, oribis and even the black rhinos which were introduced from South Africa. After lunch you will have a boat cruise on Lake Ihema.You will check in to the services of Akagera Game Lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 3: Whole Day Game Drive and Transfer Back to Kigali.

With your packed lunch you proceed for a more concentrated game drive before proceeding back to Kigali. You will be able to see a lot of more wildlife before exiting the park heading back to Kigali. Check in to the services of Hotel Des Mille Collines for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park via Katuuna Boarder 

After breakfast, you will transfer from Kigali to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park via the Katuuna boarder; you will pass through the beautiful Kigezi hills commonly known as the Switzerland of Africa. Arrive at Nkuringo Gorilla camp (up market), Haven lodge (midrange), Buhoma Community Camp (budget) for dinner and overnight. Have enough rest as you prepare for an adventurous activity the next day.

DAY 5: Gorilla Tracking

Take an early morning breakfast and well equipped with packed lunch, head to park headquarters for briefing, orientation and the ranger guides, you will be separated into groups depending which Gorilla group given. The guides will lead through the Gorilla paths in the thick Bwindi impenetrable rain forest searching for the Gorillas. Once the Gorillas are tracked, you will be given one hour interaction and taking photos. Interacting with these giants and gentle Apes is truly a rewarding experience. After tracking depending on time you may take community walk to visit the Batwa a community and have cultural entertainment. This is yet another experience that will give you an encounter with the local African cultures. Return for dinner and overnight at Nkuringo Gorilla Camp, Haven lodge, Buhoma community rest camp.

Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.

 After breakfast, you will transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park. You will enter the park through the southern part of the part of the park famously known for the tree climbing lions. This place has a beautiful savannah with acacia trees. You will check in to the services of Ishasha wilderness camp (luxury), Ishasha jungle lodge (midrange) have lunch and relax and thereafter in the have an evening game drive in search of wild life such as buffaloes, Uganda kob, Elephants, Waterbucks, spotted Hyenas and many birds species. You will go back to lodge for your dinner

Day 7: Transfer to northern part of Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast, you will have a morning game drive in the Ishasha before proceeding to northern part of the park. On your way, you will be able to see a lot wild life including the Buffaloes, Elephants, Uganda kob, Warthog, Bushback, Topis, and a lot o bird species. You will check in to the services of Mweya safari lodge (up market/luxury), Kasenyi safari lodge (midrange), Bush lodge (budget) for dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Game Drive and Boat Cruise

 The day begins early with breakfast and then goes on for the game drive in the Kasenyi plains in search of wildlife that includes the Buffallos, WaterBucks, Uganda Kobs, Hynas, Warthogs, and Lions Leopards etc.

We come back to the lodge, relax, have lunch and after lunch, go for a boat cruise on Kazinga channel for yet another but different view of the wildlife at close range as they come to cool off at the shores of the channel. Here we expect a lot of wild life including herds of Buffalos, Elephants, hippos plus a lot of different bird species. You will go back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 9: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

After breakfast with you, you will transfer to Murchison Falls National park, passing through the beautiful Fort Portal town with good sceneries plus beautiful tea farms. Reaching in the evening and a visit to the top of the falls will not leave you the same. We will later check in to services of Paraa Safari Lodge (up market), Murchison River Lodge (midrange/ budget).

DAY 10: Game Drive and Boat Cruise

After breakfast, go for a game drive in the park, you may see animals like; Lions, Girraffes, Buffaloes, Elephants, Giant hog, Waterbucks, Bushbucks, Kobs ,Oribs, Jacksons Heartbeast. You may also see birds like Jakana, Shoe bill stork and Pelican, you will go back to the lodge relax, have lunch and after lunch go for a Boat cruise to the bottom Mighty falls where you may see lots of Hippos, Nile Crocodiles, Elephants and many bird species including Verreaux’s owl. Return to lodge for your dinner and overnight.


Day 11: Transfer to Kampala/ Entebbe International Airport

After breakfast we shall transfer back to Kampala with a visit to the Ziwa rhino sanctuary, the only place where you can see the rhinos in Uganda. Have lunch at the sanctuary restaurant before heading to Kampala and Entebbe international Airport to catch up with your international flight.
